Although we might look like a plant store now, things didn't always look this way. During the lifespan of our previous business something crazy and unexpected happened. WE HAD A BABY. As baby Hendrix began to crawl and walk we quickly realized that none of our houseplants were safe. They were constantly a target of terrorist activities. To make matters worse, most common houseplants are toxic to people and pets. We relocated all of our plants to our storefront and our collection began to grow. After a while we had so many plants in there that people thought we were selling plants, and would often ask if our houseplants were for sale. After about the hundredth time we decided it was time to add some plants to our store. There was only one problem. Our old location was TERRIBLE for business. There was absolutely no foot traffic in the area and it was on the dead side of town business-wise. For the first time in a very long time it felt as though the stars had aligned at just the right moment. While taking the baby for a walk in old downtown Yuma we stumbled upon an empty retail space that was perfect for what we wanted. With our new business location and the addition of plants to our store we now sell more plants than we ever dreamed possible. We are now just as much a plant store as we are a candle and decor store. The evolution has been fast and it finally feels complete in our store.
